Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item, provided it is in its original, unused, and unopened condition, with intact packaging.
How to make a return?
Contact us at support@alvanails.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm receipt within 48 hours, then you send the package to the indicated address. Once received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or a defective item.
Defective item or order error?
If you have received a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, contact us immediately at support@alvanails.com with a photo. We will do what is necessary to resolve this quickly, at no cost to you.
