What are press-on nails? Press-on nails are ready-to-apply artificial nails, available in various sizes and designs. They adhere directly to your natural nails in minutes, without the need for a trip to the manicurist.
Are Alva Nails reusable? Yes! Our press-on nails are designed to be reused multiple times. By applying and removing them carefully, you can easily get several wears from the same kit.
How long do they last? With proper application, our nails typically last 7 to 14 days. The duration depends on nail preparation, the adhesive used, and your daily activities.
What size should I choose? Each kit contains 10 different sizes to fit all finger shapes. A size guide is available on each product page to help you choose the right size.
Do the nails damage my natural nails? No, provided they are removed correctly. We recommend gently removing them after softening them in warm, soapy water, without forcing them off.
Order & Delivery
When will my order be shipped? Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
What is the delivery time? Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery within metropolitan France after dispatch. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package has shipped.
Is delivery free? Yes, delivery is free for purchases over €39.80 — which is the equivalent of 2 kits. Below this amount, shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order? You can contact us at support@alvanails.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order is already being prepared and cannot be modified.
Returns & Refunds
I'm not satisfied, what should I do? You have 14 days after receipt to return your unopened item in its original packaging. Contact us at support@alvanails.com to initiate the return.
I received a defective item or a wrong order. Contact us immediately at support@alvanails.com with a photo of the problem. We will take care of everything, at no cost to you.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
